How Do I Log In My UpThere Account?

Once your kiosk account is synced with your UpThere account, you will be given 3 login options.

  • Auto-login - The  system will automatically log you into your UpThere account once you log in to your kiosk account (you will just need to add the remote computer password)

  • Ask every time - The system will ask you every time you log in to your kiosk account whether you want to log in to your UpThere account.

  • Manual login - You must select the UpThere option from the right side panel on your kiosk dashboard (login information page) and log in from there.

How Do I Sync My UpThere Account with My Local Account?

Here's a step-by-step guide to sync your UpThere account with your local Kiosk account:

Syncing UpThere with Kiosk Account

  • Log in to your Kiosk account as you usually would.

  • You will be prompted with a notification asking if you want to sync your Kiosk account with your UpThere account.

  • Click "Sync Existing UpThere Account" to initiate the synchronization process.

  • Enter your UpThere account credentials (email and password) to authenticate the sync.

  • Once synced, you will see 3 options: Auto Login, Ask Each Time, and Manual Login. Select the option you prefer. 

You can now access your Kiosk account information from anywhere using your UpThere account credentials.

Where are My Files Sorted?

You will have your own personal documents and download folder. Same as you would have on your PC.
